IHPBA is the largest international conference in the field of hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery, and it is held every two years. Sao Paulo (Brazil) two years ago, Geneva (Switzerland) this year is the venue. Because more than 2,000 hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgeons join in IHPBA, it is a great opportunity to appeal SYNAPSE 3D Liver Analysis. Fujifilm exhibited at IHPBA from 2012 and is the third exhibition this year.

Surgeons who visited our booth had a variety of motivations (Ex. wanting to conduct a precision preoperative plan to improve the level in the domestic hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery field / not satisfying with low quality / performance in 3D functions installed in PACS and other companies' products), however, all of them satisfied with the performance of automatic extraction of liver, portal vein, hepatic vein and hepatic artery etc., workflow and volumetry function in SYNAPSE 3D Liver Analysis.

Fujifilm will continue promotion activities so that it can be more popularized in SYNAPSE 3D in the field of hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery.
